2023 Partners in Prevention Conference

This plenary will fast walk attendees away from Woodstock Weed to 21st Century Marijuana. The presentation will explore new high THC products, their marketing strategies, and the impacts to use. There will be a specific emphasis on the impacts to mental health, especially in adolescents and young adults as well as insight into the environmental impacts of marijuana cultivation and commercialization. The session will close with a call to action on focused prevention strategies aimed at decreasing access and availability to youth and other vulnerable populations.
