Employed by the City of Elizabethton Parks and Recreation for the last twenty-two years, Kelly has served in her current role of Programming and Special Events for the last five. This job fits her outgoing personality well, as she loves being in the community forming friendships and partnerships and creating new and fun ways to engage the community and its wide demographic. Kelly is very passionate about Elizabethton and its residents, focusing on mental and physical well-being of those she serves.  Kelly and her husband have 4 children who keep them busy while supporting them in sports and activities. When not at work or sitting in front of a ballfield, court or stage for her children, she loves reading, spinning and walking with her friends, and exploring new places.
